Selena Gomez spent Thanksgiving Day by performing during the halftime of a football game held at AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas. The teams who are competing were Oakland Raiders and Dallas Cowboys’. Gomez sang her latest hit singles including “Come And Get It” and “Walk Like A Champion.”
Selena, who comes from Texas specifically Grand Prairie, performed with her own dancers together with the cheerleaders from Dallas Cowboys. Before she performed, Gomez tweeted:
“Proud to be performing for a great organization today during the @DallasCowboys game. Support @SalvationArmyUS.”
Early this month when it was revealed that she will be performing during the game, she admitted:
“I’m from Texas, so I’m a little nervous, I’m not going to lie. But I’m very honored and I hope that we come – me, my dancers and my band – and we give Texas a really good show and I make them proud.”
“I don’t think you can be from Texas and not watch a Cowboys Thanksgiving game. (Fans) should expect something new with a twist of old… We had to make it special for my hometown.”
Isn’t it a great performance?
