Paula Deen recently admitted to a racial discrimination and she has also tried to make sincere apologies.  Due to this incident, the celebrity chef was dropped from the Food Network and she had been having a difficult time in gaining back her reputation.  Is her apologies enough?  How will she survive this challenge?

This week, Paula Deen is featured on the cover of the latest issue of PEOPLE magazine.  Last Sunday, she became emotional during the christening of her stepdaughter’s baby girl.  According to sources, “The subject of the sermon was stand strong. She felt like it was a message.  When Paula went to pray with the minister, he said, ‘We’re behind you.’”

According to Deen’s producer friend, “She can hardly put one foot in front of the other.”   After the incident, Deen has been posting several apologies saying, “I beg for your forgiveness.”  Other companies have started to cut their ties with Deen and Smithfield Foods is one of them.
