It is the first time ever that Naomi Campbell graced the cover of SHAPE magazine. The 43-year-old supermodel looked so fabulous on the April 2014 cover of the magazine. Inside the magazine, she revealed her fitness regimen.
What can she say about her first ever SHAPE cover? She said:
“I’ve been on almost every magazine in existence, but this is my first time posing for Shape, and I’m thrilled. Of course. I wish I had done it when I was younger, but it’s an honor to be here at any age.”
What is her secret in maintaining a perfect skin and body? She revealed that she drinks a lot of green juice which is composed of green vegetables that are blended and juiced. Yet, she did not regard this as starving herself: Naomi explained:
“I don’t believe in starving myself. I’ve never done it, and I never will. I’m even more active when I’m juicing, doing both yoga and Pilates every day.”
The supermodel further revealed that she also drinks hot water, steak, fish, lemon, along with abundant amounts of veggies and salads. On most days, she does yoga and if she has only a limited time then she will do a 10 minute workout.
