Lupita Nyong’o Brings Her Oscar Award During The Vanity Fair Party

Since January, Lupita Nyong’o has been busy attending several red carpets and wearing astonishing outfits.  That is why; she is frequently included in the best-dressed lists.  She has worn dresses and gowns in different colors.  Last night, during the Vanity Fair’s Post-Oscar Party, Lupita wore a white gown combined with a lime green embellished.  She also brought her date which is her Oscar award.

Lupita Nyong’o recently won the Academy Award for Best Supporting Actress.  She played the character of Patsey in the movie “12 Years A Slave.”  She was so happy and even cried as she accepted the award.  She said:

“It doesn’t escape me for one moment that so much joy in my life is thanks to so much pain in someone else’s. And so I want to salute the spirit of Patsey for her guidance.“

The film “12 Years A Slave” also won the award for Best Picture.  On the other hand, the Best Actress award was won by Cate Blanchett and Matthew McConaughey got the award for Best Actor while Jared Leto won the award for Best Supporting Actor.
